Mumbai, Jan 2 (PTI) Global nutrition company Herbalife today signed on tennis star Somdev Devvarman as its brand ambassador.  Somdev will endorse some  of his personal Herbalife favorites like Formula 1 Nutritional Shake and Afresh Energy Drink Mix, Herbalife said in a statement issued here. “Somdev embodies the perfect combination of a healthy mind and body, this coupled with his achievement at such a young age, will be a good example to inspire the youth to live healthy. This association is not only to spread awareness amongst our consumers but also motivate our distributors, who work endlessly towards achieving Herbalife’s goal and philosophy of living a healthy and active lifestyle,”

Herbalife country head Ajay Khanna said. Herbalife’s other endorsers include football star Lionel Messi, ace shuttler Saina Nehwal, cricketer Virat Kohli and five-time women’s world boxing champion MC Mary Kom.
